FOR WILDLIFE

Did you know that worldwide populations of almost all the common wildlife species in Kenya have fallen to one third or less of their previous levels over the past four decades? This is a wake-up call. Something has to be done!

A majority of conservation efforts in Kenya are supported by revenue from tourism. It goes without saying that 2020 was not a good year for conservancies. With the travel restrictions caused by the pandemic, most conservancies struggled to keep running.

Be a HERO for the wildlife, helping us to support our mission to conserve our wildlife. Contributions include donations to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and Kenya Wildlife Services. The types of projects we’ve already supported include large scale fencing to protect wildlife, and supporting rangers by sponsoring the equipment they need to operate effectively, sponsoring insulated power cables to ensure that Colobus monkeys don’t get electrocuted. We are currently in conversation with several conservation organisations across the country to see how we can make a difference. Stay tuned for more information!
