HEROES FOR HEALTH!

Together For Africa (TOFA) is a youth-led organization with the vision of driving youth-led interventions on various societal challenges. One such challenge that they aim to address is poor mental health among the youth. TOFA is undertaking a project dubbed “Unshackle Your Mind” that aims to use the healing attribute of nature coupled with mental health talks to curb the mental health menace. Tropical Heat supported them during their hike to Mt. Longonot that brought together 60 participants. As part of our Heroes for Health Impact initiatives, we recognize that there are different aspects of personal health; physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual and aim to contribute towards the wholesome development of individuals.
